Introducing the Unify Co-Op

Unify Co-Op: A New Era of Community and Collaboration

In Berea, Kentucky a transformative force is emerging – the "Unify Co-Op." Promoting its idea in its name, that is more than just a cooperative, Unify is a dynamic hub where community members will come together to explore shared passions, learn new skills, and create positive change for the greater good. With a focus on outdoor recreation, ecosystem sustainability, wholesome activities, and prosperous growth, Unify is poised to become a cornerstone of the greater Berea community.

The cooperative is being formed under an exclusive trust agreement over their foundation to reclaim, recover, and transform the "Indian Fort Outpost" between the members which currently implicitly includes Alex Sipple, Bo French, Jay Rogers, Nicholas Wright, and Maya-Lis Wright, all of whom are well-known in Berea and the greater Madison County community.

A Hub for Connection and Growth

Unify Co-Op is not simply a collection of clubs; it's a vibrant ecosystem where individuals can connect, collaborate, and thrive. By hosting a diverse array of well-known community clubs, Unify will offer something for everyone, from seasoned outdoor enthusiasts to those just beginning their journey. Whether you're interested in hiking, biking, kayaking, or exploring other sustainable activities like bushcraft or foraging edible plants, Unify will provide its members a welcoming and supportive environment to pursue these passions.

Empowering Through Collaboration

At the core of Unify's mission is the belief that collaboration empowers individuals and strengthens communities. By fostering a cooperative spirit, Unify will encourage members to actively participate in decision-making, share resources, and contribute to the growth and success of the clubs. This collaborative approach not only enhances the overall experience but also creates a sense of ownership and belonging among members.

Outdoor Recreation and Beyond

Unify's focus on outdoor recreation is rooted in a deep appreciation for the natural beauty surrounding Berea. Through clubs like GOKY (Get Outside Kentucky!) is forming, members can explore the region's stunning landscapes, connect with nature, and promote sustainable practices. But Unify's vision extends beyond outdoor activities with GOKY. The co-op is committed to hosting a wide range of clubs that cater to diverse interests and passions, ensuring that everyone in the community can find their place within the Unify Co-Op as an invested member or as an associate member of one of the clubs being developed.

A Bright Future for Berea

With its innovative approach to community building and collaboration, Unify Co-Op is poised to make a lasting impact on Berea. By providing a platform for shared experiences, skill development, and collective action, Unify will undoubtedly enrich lives, foster connections, and contribute to a more vibrant and sustainable future for the community.
